The board should not be moved when the board is not strapped, to avoid dropping the board, damaging the board and ensuring the safety of workers while working at the construction site.. (C)
Film boards should always be moved by lifting or shielding the board by hand or by vacuum lifting. Do not drag along the ground or floor, as this will directly affect the surface of the film on the board. (D)
Plywood sheets should always be stored horizontally. (E)
Step 2: Ready to use
After being cut, the edges of the film faced plywood need to be painted with a waterproof glue with all edges protected to prevent moisture, termites, termites and water from entering the board. (F)
Film faced plywood can be cut, shaped and drilled with standard woodworking tools. Seal edges and holes with suitable water-resistant paint or glue. (G)
To achieve the best results, Kim Global recommends using screws to fix the board, the top of the board needs a layer of tape to support the formwork from the back to help the film-covered plywood not break or crack when drilling. Or drill from the front or back of the formwork, the front or the back both need tape.
Always apply mold lubricant or concrete anti-adhesive before each use to facilitate cleaning and reduce the possibility of surface damage. The quality of the lubricant can also affect the surface quality of the formwork or the finish of the concrete surface. Please follow the instructions of the issuing agent supplier. (H)
Step 3: After using
Film faced plywood should be carefully cleaned with water or steam after use. Avoid damaging the surface of the board when cleaning the remaining concrete on the surface. Plastic or nylon tools and brushes are recommended.(I)
Fix the defects on the surface of the formwork and the edge of the board, use glue or waterproof paint to cover the surface of the board. (J)
Apply oil to the film faced plywood formwork for the next use, ensuring the surface is as non-sticky as possible.. (H)
Need to clean the board, let it dry in the sun after use, to avoid damage to the surface when cleaning. (H)
Always keep boards flat and upright when storing, store in a cool, dry place in a covered or tarp covered area. (A)
